The following announcement replaces the previous announcement "Listing
Application" made on 13 March 2019 with RNS 8000S in which the number of new
shares applied for was stated as 2,765,100 rather than the correct number of
2,675,100.   The date of Admission has been changed from "on or around 19
March 2019" to "20 March 2019".  All other text remains the same.

CREIGHTONS PLC ("Creightons" or "the Company")
Block Listing Application
 
The Company announces that applications have been made to the London Stock
exchange ("LSE") and Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") respectively for
the admission of 2,675,100 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("the Option
Shares"), which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary
shares, to be admitted to listing on the premium listing segment of the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission").    Admission is
expected on 20 March 2019.
These Option Shares will be allotted from time to time pursuant to the
exercise of options by members of the employee's share option scheme.
