Creightons plc (CRL), the British-based beauty and well-being brand owner and manufacturer, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed.  
Accordingly, Creightons has declared and will pay a final dividend of 0.50 pence per ordinary share as per the timetable below: 
-  Ex dividend date:    08 October 2020 
-  Record date:  09 October 2020 
-  Payment date:  30 October 2020
