    ** The federal cabinet is deliberating a targeted bailout
package for Canada’s airline industry that includes offers of
low interest loans and rollbacks of airport fee increases to

intends to list its common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange
in early November after the completion of a reverse takeover

Mira won conditional approval from the Venture exchange for the
transaction and Guru won conditional approval to move up to the
