NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S DETAILS IN ACCORDANCE WITH LISTING RULE 9.6.14R
Jim Pettigrew, Non-Executive Director of the Company is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of CYBG PLC, the parent company of Clydesdale Bank.
CYBG PLC has made an application for admission of its ordinary shares to trading on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange, and the Australian Securities Exchange with admission expected to take place on 8 February 2016, and 17 February 2016 respectively ("Admission"). Mr Pettigrew will continue in his role of Chairman and Non-Executive director of CYBG PLC following Admission. 
The Company has also been informed that Mr Pettigrew is expected to step down from his role as Non-Executive Director of Aberdeen Asset Management PLC with effect from 23 April 2016.
