Crest Nicholson Holdings plc announces that Louise Hardy, Non-Executive
Director of the Company, has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of
Balfour Beatty plc with effect from 1 April 2022 and has resigned as a
Non-Executive Director of Renew Holdings plc with immediate effect.

 

There is no additional information which is required to be disclosed pursuant
