DIRECTOR DECLARATION

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Crest Nicholson Holdings plc
announces that Octavia Morley, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been
appointed a Non-Executive Director of Currys plc with effect from 1 April
2024.

 

Octavia will join Currys' Remuneration, ESG and Nominations Committees upon
appointment, subsequently becoming Senior Independent Director and Chair of
the Remuneration Committee on 25 April 2024.
