DIRECTORATE CHANGE

 

The Company announces today that Lucinda Bell has notified the Board of her
intention to step down as Non-Executive Director having completed six years
with the Company. Lucinda will resign from the Board on 31 December 2023. Her
replacement will be announced in due course.
