DIRECTORATE CHANGE

 

As previously announced, William Floydd joined the Company today as Group
Finance Director designate. This follows the announcement on 11 July 2023 of
Duncan Cooper's intention to resign as Group Finance Director.

 

Duncan Cooper will be leaving the Group on 13 December 2023.
