DIRECTORATE CHANGE

 

Further to the Group's announcement on 23 January 2024 of the retirement of
Peter Truscott, the Group confirms that he will step down from the Board
tomorrow, 14 June 2024.

 

Peter joined Crest Nicholson in 2019 as Chief Executive having worked in the
sector for over 30 years.  During his time, Peter repositioned the Group's
strategy, led the business through the pandemic and restructured operations to
adapt to changing market conditions.   The Board wishes to thank Peter for
his service to the Group and to wish him well in his retirement.

 

A statement in relation to Peter Truscott's remuneration in accordance with
Section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006 will be available on the Group's
website.
