Further to the Company's announcement on 11 September 2019, Iain Ferguson
became independent Non-Executive Chairman on 1 November 2019. The Company
further confirms that from 1 November 2019 the membership of the Audit &
Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees are comprised as follows:
