RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
 
CRH plc announces that yesterday,17th June 2020, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 17,531 Ordinary Shares at prices between €16.19 and €24.24 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £15.54 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.
 
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 14,733,228 shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 784,907,110.
