The board is pleased to announce that at the AGM of the Company held yesterday all resolutions were duly passed. 
As reported in the Company's 2015 Annual Report and Accounts, the Directors are pleased to report that ongoing significant investments in the mpro5 software continues to have a positive impact on the Company as customer numbers and contract renewals increase.
