The Company has been notified that on 14 November 2024 Luke Jeffrey, Chief
Technology Officer, acquired by way of a gift 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p
each taking his aggregate holding to 73,333 shares in the Company representing
1.1 per cent. of the issued share capital.
