** Shares of Crimson Tide CTID.L up 52.1% at 270 pence
during afternoon trade, the highest since August last year
** Software company says it is considering a buyout proposal
from Ideagen that values it at 20.5 mln pounds ($25.92 mln)
** Offer price of 312 pence/shr is at about 76% premium to
CTID's last close on June 20
** CTID stock up 24.6% YTD, as of last close
($1 = 0.7910 pounds)
