ZURICH/BERLIN, Dec 11 (Reuters) - Here are some of the
main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Monday:
    
    SWISS NATIONAL BANK  SNBN.S 
    Reuters will publish a poll of economists on their outlook
for the Swiss National Bank monetary policy.
    
    UBS  UBSG.S 
    UBS has been hit with $400 million of Credit Suisse-linked
property costs, reported the Financial Times. 
    Bloomberg News separately reported that UBS tapped
JPMorgan's Tommy Rueger as co-head of equity capital markets.
    
    CRISPR THERAPEUTICS  CRSP.BN 
    The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Friday
approved two gene therapies for sickle cell disease, making one
of them the first treatment in the United States based on the
Nobel Prize-winning CRISPR gene editing technology.
    Casgevy, developed by partners Vertex Pharmaceuticals
 VRTX.O  and CRISPR Therapeutics, and bluebird bio's  BLUE.O 
Lyfgenia were approved for people aged 12 years and older.
      
    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    *Roche  ROG.S  said a study revealed Inavolisib combination
reduces risk of breast cancer progression.  ROG.S 
    *Roche  ROG.S  also announced that Kadcyla shows overall
survival benefit in people with breast cancer.  ROG.S 
    *Helvetica  HSCF.S  announced Marc Giraudon's appointment as
co-CEO starting Jan 1, transitioning to sole CEO on July 1.
 HSCF.S 
    *Molecular Partners  MOLN.S  presented positive initial data
from the first four dosing cohorts of ongoing phase 1/2A trial
of MP0533.  MOLN.S 
    *Novartis  NOVN.S  said new 48-week results from Phase III
APPLY-PNH trial showed sustained efficacy and long-term safety
of Fabhalta.  NOVN.S
