** Trump over the weekend intensified his push to wrest sovereignty over Greenland from fellow NATO member Denmark

** CRML has a strategic presence in Greenland

** Co said last week it may build a refinery with a Saudi Arabian partner to process rare earths from its planned Tanbreez mine in Greenland

** Reuters reported in October that Trump administration officials have discussed taking a stake in CRML

** As of last close, stock up more than 150% in January
