Final Payment Received for Vigilant Disposal
Croma Security Solutions Group plc (AIM:CSSG), the AIM listed innovation and service-focused security solutions provider, is pleased to announce the receipt of £440,064 representing the final payment to complete the £6.5 million disposal of Vigilant Security Limited ("Vigilant"), provider of professional security personnel in the UK and Ireland. On 6 June 2023, Croma announced the disposal of Vigilant to focus on its higher margin Croma Locksmiths and Croma Security Systems businesses.
Roberto Fiorentino, Chief Executive Officer, commented:  "We are pleased to have received the final payment from the sale of Vigilant, bringing to a close a transaction that was first announced three years ago. As planned, the capital from the transaction has been instrumental in expanding the Group's portfolio of security centres.
