Croma Security Solutions Group plc (AIM:CSSG) announces that the Company has been advised that Roberto Fiorentino, CEO, has transferred ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company held by him in his dealing account to his and his wife's ISAs.
On 8 May 2025, Mr Fiorentino sold 60,130 Ordinary Shares at 82p per Ordinary Share from his dealing account and subsequently purchased 30,065 Ordinary Shares at 82p per Ordinary Share into his ISA. In addition on 8 May 2025, Mrs Fiorentino purchased 30,065 Ordinary Shares at 82p per Ordinary Share into her ISA.
Following these transactions Mr Fiorentino and his wife's total holdings remain unchanged. Mr Fiorentino's direct and indirect holding in the Company is 3,762,029*, which represents 27.3 per cent of the share capital of the Company.
* Includes ordinary shares held by Natalie Fiorentino (Roberto Fiorentino's wife) and by related trusts and Sofia Fiorentino.
