Notice of AGM

 

Croma, the AIM listed innovation and service-focused security solutions
provider, is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will
be held on 1(st) December 2023 at 10:00am GMT at the Company's offices at Unit
7/8 Fulcrum 4, Solent Way, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 7FT.

In order to allow shareholders to follow the proceedings of the AGM without
attending in person, the company will provide access online via the Investor
Meet Company platform.

Shareholders are invited to submit questions for the board to consider.
Questions can be pre submitted via the Investor Meet Company Platform up until
9am the day before the meeting and can be submitted at any time during the AGM
itself.

 

Please note shareholders will not be able to vote online and are requested to
submit their votes via proxy as early as possible.
