** Shares of pot firms jump as Germany makes cannabis
possession legal
    ** Cannabis will officially be recognized as a non-narcotic
in Germany from April 1, 2024, and will enable adult German
consumers to consume cannabis legally 
    ** Pot firms Canopy Growth  WEED.TO  and Aurora Cannabis
 ACB.TO  up 26.5% and 12.7%, respectively
    ** Trulieve Cannabis  TRUL.CD  and Cronos Group  CRON.TO  up
3.1%, respectively
    ** Nasdaq-listed Tilray Brands  TLRY.O  up 9.2%
    ** Canopy Growth said it presents a unique opportunity for
it to "expand its commercial presence in the country through the
German-based and world-renowned Storz & Bickel vaporizer brand"
