    ** Stock set for best day since Feb. 25, if gains hold
    ** Co raises Q3 EPS forecast to between 90 cents and $1 from
85 cents to 95 cents expected earlier
    ** Analysts expected earnings of 91 cents/shr in Q3,
according to Refinitiv IBES data
    ** Revised forecast comes a day after co announced a deal to
acquire rival employment agencies Mint Medical Physician
