May 4 (Reuters) - Crown Energy AB  CRWEN.NGM : 
    * Elects Pierre-Emmanuel Weil as new chairman 
    * AGM resolved to issue 31,500,000 units, where each unit consists of one (1) share and one 
(1) warrant 
    * To raise total of 63 million Swedish crowns ($7.80 million) if all units are subscribed 
for 
    * Subscription price for the new shares is 2 crowns per unit (equivalent to 2 crowns per 
share)
