* Has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares of ESI
Group, which in turn is owner of a portfolio of real estate
assets in Angola, valued at 910 million Swedish crowns ($100
million)
* Payment of transaction is proposed to be carried out
through issuance of 364 million C-shares
