WILL OWN 1.0% OF CORNUCOPIAS TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD, COMPANY FORMED
TO DEVELOP CORNUCOPIAS UNIVERSE
    * The Cornucopias Technology PTE. Ltd shares are in the
process of
being transferred and, pending completion of such transfer,
these Cornucopias shares have been valued on the basis of 1 Euro
in the financial statements of CBI as at September 30, 2022.
