 * Joint announcement - termination of discloseable and connected transactionn relating to subscription of shares in Express Wealth Enterprise Limited  8198.HK  
 * Parties are unable to reach an agreement on terms satisfactory to Melcolot 
 * Melco group will continue to explore with Firich on appropriate opportunities for future commercial cooperation 
 * Transactions contemplated by joint announcement, including the subscription and the casino project, will not now proceed
