The Company announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders today. The AGM will take place on 2 December 2025 at 12.30 p.m. at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey. Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy following the instructions set out in the notice of AGM.
