("Crystal Amber Fund" or the "Fund")

 

Notice of Interim Results and Portfolio Update

Crystal Amber Fund announces that its interim results for the six months to 31
December 2023 will be published on 28 March 2024.

Last week, the Fund disposed of 34.7% of its holding of Deferred Consideration
Units ("DCUs") in Prax Exploration & Production plc at a 20% premium to
carrying value. Combined with the anticipated payment at the end of March from
the DCUs, this is expected to increase cash receipts by £5.7 million,
equivalent to 7.3p a share. In aggregate, these are expected to increase Net
Asset Value by 2.3p a share.
