Notice of Interim Results and Update on Change of Strategy and Manager

 

Crystal Amber Fund announces that its interim results for the six months to 31
December 2025 will be  announced before 31(st) March 2026

 

The Board of the Fund has continued work on the proposed change of strategy
and investment manager, as announced on 14 November 2025, and expects to be
able to provide further details and issue a circular to shareholders with
notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting by the end of March.
