Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Crystal Amber Fund (AIM: CRS) announces that copies of its Annual Report and
accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024 and notice of its 2024 Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to Shareholders today. Copies of these
documents will shortly be made available on the Company's website
https://www.crystalamber.com/ (https://www.crystalamber.com/) .

 

The Company's 2024 AGM will take place at 10.00 a.m. on 13 December 2024 at
Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey. Shareholders are
encouraged to vote by proxy following the instructions set out in the notice
of AGM.
