Result of Annual General Meeting

 

The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today,
all resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM dated 6 November 2025, which were
ordinary resolutions, were voted on by way of a poll and duly passed.

 

The proxy votes received on each resolution are set out below:
