("Crystal Amber Fund", the "Company" or the "Fund")

 

Update and corrections regarding total voting rights

 

The Company announces that the total voting rights in the Company and the
number of shares held in treasury have been incorrectly stated in its
announcements from 17 December 2025 to 12 January 2026 inclusive, due to the
number of ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") bought by the
Company on 17 December 2025 being overstated by 25,000 due to a clerical
error.

 

The table below sets out the correct number of total voting rights that should
have been stated for each of the announcements made on the dates listed below:
