CSG says new debt structure will save about €20 million per year PRAGUE, July 23 (Reuters) - Defence firm Czechoslovak Group's CSG.AS refinancing of senior debt with a new value of €3.06 billion announced earlier on Thursday will save the company about €20 million per year in financing costs, the company told Reuters.
CSG said earlier that the refinancing lowered interest by 125-150 basis point compared with previous loan arrangements and extended debt maturity. It said about €1.7 billion of the amount was drawn at closing of the transactions involving two bullet-repayment term loans and a revolving credit facility.
