** Stock has gained 6.7% so far this week, set for best week
since October 2022
** CSR on Thursday posted HY revenue of A$1.4 bln ($0.9
bln), up 5% YoY
** Co said core segment Building Products posted record EBIT
of A$164.7 mln for HY, an 18% surge from a year earlier
** Stock up 20.2% YTD, as of last close
