down 8% at $291 in early trading
    ** Co increases stock offering to 1.1 mln shares at $285/shr
from prior 1 mln shares
    ** The new price represents a 10% downside to the stock's
last close
    ** CSWI says will use net proceeds from the offering to
repay outstanding debt, with the remainder for general corporate
purposes, including potential future acquisitions
    ** YTD, CSWI up 52.71% as of last close
