    ** Q4 revenue rises 7.8% to $210.9 mln, above analysts'
estimates of $203.9 mln - LSEG data
    ** "Volume growth drove most of the revenue growth across
all segments, while pricing initiatives and acquisition revenue
contributed as well." - CSWI
    ** Reports Q4 adjusted EPS of $2.04, above estimates of
$1.84
    ** Stock had risen 19.3% YTD
