Oct 3 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes looked set to climb on Friday as optimism about an imminent interest-rate cut by the Federal Reserve boosted sentiment ahead of the final trading session of a week that saw volatility due to the U.S. .N

At 10:28 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.79% at 46,889.01.The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.32% at 6,736.59, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.03% at 22,851.38.
