CT Automotive, a leading designer, developer and supplier of interior
components to the global automotive industry, announces that Anna Brown, Chief
Financial Officer and Executive Director, has purchased 29,388 Ordinary Shares
of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 68
pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Anna Brown is now interested in 29,388 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
