Chair of the Marketing Committee

 

As announced by the Board of CT Global Managed Portfolio Trust PLC (the
'Company') on 13 October 2025, Simon Longfellow will step down as a
non-executive director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2025. Simon
is also the current Chair of the Marketing Committee.

 

As a consequence, the Company announces that David Warnock, a non-executive
director and Chairman of the Company, has been appointed Chair of the
Marketing Committee with effect from 1 January 2026.

 

 

This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph 6.4.6 R of the Financial Conduct
