** Shares in CTS Eventim EVDG.DE drop 6.2% in pre-market trade, affected by Q1 adjusted EBITDA miss

** "While revenues beat sell-side estimates by 12%, adjusted EBITDA missed by 6%," says Edward Vyvyan from Redburn Atlantic

** "This is likely to have been driven by a misunderstanding amongst analysts of the level of margin dilution brought into the business by the consolidation of See Tickets and France Billet in Q1," Vyvyan adds
