** Shares of Portugal's postal service CTT Correios de Portugal CTT.LS down ~2.5% after reporting second-quarter results on Monday

** AS Independent Research says that volumes in the Mail segment remain a concern, pointing to the 10% year-on-year decline

** "Cacesa is making the difference, while Financial Services are weaker earlier than expected," brokerage says

** Stock fell as much as 7% earlier in the session

** Up to previous session's close, shares were up 40%​ year-to-date
