** Co says United States Patent and Trademark Office has
issued two new patents for its lead candidate CUE-101 (https://refini.tv/3u2cMl9)
** Both patents cover use of CUE-101 as a monotherapy and in
combination with Merck's MRK.N Keytruda in treatment of
certain cancers caused by HPV16, a strain of Human
papillomavirus
** CUE-101 is currently being tested in an early-stage trial
as a monotherapy for certain types of head and neck cancer; co
is also testing the drug in combination with Keytruda in a
separate study
** Co expects to start patient enrollment in a mid-stage
study of the drug in patients with throat cancer this fall
