** India's Sunita Tools SUIT.BO rises 4.74% to 850 rupees

** Engineering firm foraysinto naval and shipbuilding industry by buying majority stakes in private firms Avisan Global Tech and Avisan Engineering Enterprises

** Says Avisan Group had combined sales of 62 million rupees ($699,229.72) in FY25 and an orderbook that includes clients such as Cummins India CUMM.NS and Larsen and Toubro LART.NS

** Adds, Avisan's orders range from installing weapons on naval ships to replacing sonar radars, among others

** Co does not disclose deal value

** YTD, SUIT up 5.77%
