Janet Yellen said regulators are looking for solutions to
banking law prohibitions against serving marijuana industry
    ** Banks have been unwilling to do business with companies
that sell marijuana or related products, fearing they could run
afoul of federal laws

 TLRY.O  rise 2.6%-11%
    ** AdvisorShares Pure US Cannabis ETF  MSOS.K  up 3.5%
