2.6% to $153.29 premarket
    ** CureVac  5CV.DE  files lawsuit in Germany against
BioNTech, seeking compensation for what it said was infringement

    ** CureVac is claiming intellectual property rights based on
more than two decades of work on mRNA technology that helped
contribute to development of COVID-19 vaccines
    ** As of last close, BNTX shares are down 38.10% vs ~19%
