** Frankfurt-listed shares in CureVac 5CV.DE jump around
24% after British drugmaker GSK GSK.L said it will take
control of several vaccines the two companies were jointly
developing
** GSK said it will pay CureVac 400 million euros ($430.12
million) upfront and up to an additional 1.05 billion euros, in
development, regulatory and sales milestones as well as tiered
royalties
** CureVac said it will focus its resources on high-value
mRNA projects and cut its workforce by about 30%
** If gains hold, CureVac's stock will see its best day
since January 2023
