German economy ministry says it supports BioNTech/CureVac transaction
BERLIN, June 12 (Reuters) - The German government, which holds about 13% in German biotech firm CureVac 5CV.DE, is in principle in favour of the planned takeover by domestic peer BioNTech 22UAy.DE, the economy ministry said on Thursday.
