** Shares of video streaming company CuriosityStream Inc
 CURI.O  fall 25% to $1.20 premarket
    ** Posts Q4 revenue of $14.5 million vs $27.3 million last
year, below analysts' estimate of $25.3 million
    ** Q4 revenue decrease was primarily driven by a reduction
in content licensing revenues, bundled distribution revenues &
other revenues, co said in a conference call
    ** Reports wider-than-expected Q4 loss per share of $0.28 -

well below estimates of $18 million
    ** Up to last close, stock has risen ~40.4% this year
