Australia's Cuscal falls about 7% in trading debut

** Shares of Cuscal  CCL.AX  fall as much as 7% to A$2.320
in trading debut, compared with IPO price of A$2.50 apiece
    ** Stock started declining after opening flat 
    ** Payment services co raised nearly A$337 mln ($221 mln) in
the IPO with A$479 mln market value, according to a statement
    ** Almost 1.7 mln shares change hands
