** Shares of Cuscal CCL.AX rise as much as 28.1% to a record high of A$3.78

** Payments and regulated data services provider posts FY25 pro-forma net profit after tax of A$38.4 million ($24.63 million), 17% higher on pcp

** CCL declares final dividend of 5.5 AU cents per share, higher than the 5 AU cents apiece from a year ago

** About 2.2 million shares change hands, over 9 times the 30-day avg of 237,922

** YTD, shares up 64.6%
