** Shares of Cutera Inc  CUTR.O  down 7.6% at $25 premarket
    ** Medical aesthetics device maker says it has fired CEO
David Mowry and Executive Chairman Daniel Plants for alleged
violations of their employment contracts
    ** Says in a statement that Mowry and Plants disclosed
"highly confidential internal deliberations of the board"
    ** Appoints independent board member Sheila Hopkins as
interim CEO; search for permanent replacement underway
    ** As of last close, CUTR down ~39% YTD
